Head down to Centerway Square for some live music by Art and Noah Blues. Their blues and root music style will have you forgetting about the heat in no time.

Elmira Street Painting Festival is happening all weekend. Take a walk downtown and marvel at the many artists creating their work right in front of your eyes with only chalk! There will also be vendors with delicious food, great products and live music!

Saturday

What better way to cool off than heading straight for a water source? Luckily for you, there is an awesome event happening right next to the water to make the day that much more fun. The Hammondsport Fire Department is hosting their annual Fireman’s Carnival. This event is complete with all the classic rides, foods and games. Make sure to stop by the lake afterward for a quick dip.

Need another excuse to head back up to the lake? The Keuka Lake Art Association is hosting its annual Art Show in Hammondsport. Art of all kinds – painting, pottery, graphics, photography, sculpture, and jewelry – will be on display in the village square. Make sure to check out the live music happening there too!
