I joined HealthWorks in September during a promotional free month, and I have been going there since. Before that, I had incorrectly assumed it was more expensive and more out of the way than it really is (a couple’s membership comes out to about $58 per person, and it’s located near Walmart). There are advantages to places such as Snap (downtown convenience / low cost) and the YMCA (kid friendly), but personally I need something with more room and less kids… and an awesome locker room. Just look at that video above. You can’t beat a facility like that… and you?can’t beat?this deal!
What I love most about HealthWorks is that it never feels overcrowded, even when the parking lot is full. It’s New Year’s Resolution Month, but I can go at 5:00 rush hour without worrying about equipment availability. I practically own the Jacuzzi after my [strenuous and extremely manly] workouts. Hope to see you getting ripped with me!
