According to an article I saw on The Leader Website (here), The Site Cyber Bar & Grill (65 Bridge St, Corning, NY), will be hosting a beer tasting event every Friday during the month of Dec (Dec 9, Dec 16, Dec 23, and Dec 30), starting at 4:30. From the Leader Website:
Sample beer every Friday of this month with The Better Boys at the Site Cyber Bar and Grill. Beer tasting begins at 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 2, Dec. 9, Dec. 16, Dec. 23 and Dec. 30 at the bar, 65 Bridge St. in Corning. For more information, call 607-962-7088.
The Site is also a popular spot for their “Over the Hump Trivia Night” on Wednesdays from 8pm-10pm. They also have good menu with bar food and sandwiches. I admit, 4:30 on a Friday seems weird for a beer tasting event (who’s drinking beer at 4:30? Maybe it goes into the evening?), but if your available and a Friday after-work happy hour with co-workers is your thing, check it out and let us know how it goes.
